8-koi is currently pursuing an opportunity that would support NAWCTSD in the Acquisition and Management of Navy Training Services, in Orlando, FL. This contract will provide support to overarching programs including; Aviation Platforms, Sea Platforms, Undersea Platforms, Schools, Research as well as other programs that fall under NAWCTSD Program Directorates or Competencies.
We are currently targeting an award date in late 2019 with Contract Transition to begin in early 2020. As is typical in the Government Contracts Arena, Incumbent (current) employees that fit the skill set and compensation metrics, with a successful performance record will be given first right of refusal to retain employment on this contract while new applicants will be considered for all position on an as needed basis.

The 8-koi team will provide support for testing that includes, but is not limited to:
a. Test and evaluation of mission systems, weapons, avionics, and training systems at different skill levels as required. Testing is for Naval and Joint platforms and systems throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
b. Providing input to the Lead Test Engineer for program planning, resource coordination, and interface with other government and contractor T&E agencies.
c. Support for Integrated Test Teams (ITTs) for technical determination of system performance and operational suitability for fleet implementation.
d. Coordination of developmental test (DT), contractor test (CT), and operational test (OT) program requirements to ensure adequate resources for T&E execution.
e. Develop, monitor, and report on the T&E project, schedule, and technical performance. Report T&E program metrics and management issues to the Program Office.
f. Support development of T&E program budget requirements in support of the budgeting process.
g. Provide test support for the Lead Test Engineer for systems testing in support of Program Office IPTs. Form and lead teams for technical determination of system performance and operational suitability for fleet implementation.
h. Support Integrated Test Teams (ITTs) for technical determination of system performance and operational suitability for fleet implementation.
i. Identify and support the appropriate types and depth of testing required for the planning phase of comprehensive weapon systems projects. Include cost estimates, scheduling, test plans, and reports as required.
