Job purpose
To provide assistance to develop and provide training development and execution services for the BUCKEYE program for 8-koi; a diverse Florida based service and consulting company that has been providing outstanding results for our clients for over 12-years now.
Duties and responsibilities
Develop, with AGC, basic introduction HR3D training material and provide training to various subordinate units to the various CCMDs.
- Provide this training on a quarterly basis to at least seven (7) OCONUS locations in the EUCOM and AFRICOM AORs. Locations currently required, but will not be limited to, are: Kuwait, Qatar, Germany, United Kingdom and Djibouti.
- Training days are not anticipated to be more than three (3) days in length using readily commercial software tools and modified current presentation materials on HR3D.
- Travel requests and travel template need to be submitted 30 days in for intercontinental travel and 45 days in advance for external continental travel
Qualifications
- Security Clearance Requirement Level: TS/SCI
- Bachelor’s Degree or 7+ years of experience.
- 3+ years of direct experience in related field.
- Ability to develop program evaluations, reviews, or implementations.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and be productive.
- Strong written, oral, and verbal communication skills
- Strong management and organizational skills
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to travel, OCONUS travel required quarterly basis (as required)

- Ability to travel OCONUS/CONUS as required
- Ability to access NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS on a regular basis
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft office software applications (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
- Familiarity with HALOE is preferred

Working conditions
Working conditions are within a normal office environment.
Physical requirements
Normal office environment mobility; sitting, walking, bending, stooping, standing, lifting a maximum of 25 pounds (greater than 25 pounds requires a two-person lift), turning, pushing. Normal office dexterity, to include; reaching, handling, grasping, to include typing/keyboard, and phone use.
