8-koi is currently pursuing an opportunity that would support NAWCTSD in the Acquisition and Management of Navy Training Services, in Orlando, FL. This contract will provide support to overarching programs including; Aviation Platforms, Sea Platforms, Undersea Platforms, Schools, Research as well as other programs that fall under NAWCTSD Program Directorates or Competencies.
We are currently targeting an award date in late 2019 with Contract Transition to begin in early 2020. As is typical in the Government Contracts Arena, Incumbent (current) employees that fit the skill set and compensation metrics, with a successful performance record will be given first right of refusal to retain employment on this contract while new applicants will be considered for all position on an as needed basis.

Financial and Accounting Specialists:
The 8-koi team will provide finance and accounting support to include the following:
a. Support accounting and compliance with policy and NAWCTSD procedures to examine, verify, maintain, and reconcile accounts and accounting data. Prepare and analyze budget and accounting reports. Examine documents for accuracy, adequacy of documentation, compliance with regulations for goods and services provided to or by the Government.
b. Support budget analysis and administration by maintaining ledgers; by formulating budgets; and by compiling, consolidating, checking and arranging funding data. Apply administrative rules, regulations, and procedures associated with records, reporting, processing, and keeping track of budgetary transactions.
c. Support financial analysis by performing or advising on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration. Assist in the formulation of budgets and cost estimates to support plans, programs, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities, review and evaluate budget requests, control, and reporting of obligations and expenditures.
d. Analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations.
